As a young, upcoming golf instructor in the state of Minnesota, Ryan focuses on having fun with golf and setting personal goals. His approach is proven to be impactful in improving your game, reaching your goals and as a result, enjoying the game of golf that much more.

He is a graduate of San Diego Golf Academy and has experience caddying on the Korn Ferry tour for Clayton Rask, Cooper Dossey and PGA Tour Member Parker Coody. Ryan is currently a Class A member of the PGA of America, and is also a certified PGA coach.

Ryan has studied Stan Utley and Harvey Penick’s teaching philosophy and is well-versed in the instruction of the short game. In addition to the short game, Ryan’s expertise is putting. He believes everyone can become a good putter regardless of their skill level.

While off the course, Ryan lives in the Brainerd Lakes Area with his wife, Alyssa, two children, Griffin and Austin, and dog Palmer. The love of golf runs deep in their family.

With a deep understanding of the biomechanics of golf, I combine strength, flexibility, and mobility training to improve your swing, increase distance, and enhance overall stamina on the course.

I hold certifications from Titleist Performance Institute (TPI level 1 Certification), International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Whether you’re a competitive golfer looking to shave strokes off your score or a beginner aiming to build a solid foundation, my approach is customized to meet your individual needs.
